Down the hill … Up the hill
I’ve been jogging the 2 km to my girls school all up hill. Then she suggested we walk through this park on the way home. Well being an opportunistic fitblr I think to myself “hey this would be great to do squats all the way down and lunges all the way up”. Then I laughed and said something’s wrong with you.
Lol yep sure is, so I’ll do this next time I’m on my way to pick her up.
