Ain’t got nothing

For the last 2wks I’ve been feeling like I am just a bit over working out. So I’ve readjusted my routine to give myself some time out and time to concentrate on slowing down, now for me I go at things pretty much like a hyperactive kid so slowing down isn’t easy and a little frustrating, but I think by listening to the signs of fatigue and realigning my body with my thoughts I’m seeing the benefits trickle through, like happiness, calmness and renewed enthusiasm .
Do you make adjustments when your body needs it?

My legs and bum are so sore which is good as I hadn’t done this in ages .
I do these slowly with weights and a little less lower and faster with just the 15-20kg bar
